I wanted to go to the Latitudes and Attitudes party in Stuart and invited one of my friends (Yanek) and someone that asked to sail with us (Anya) on the Lats and Atts BBS. Yanek showed up really sick on the boat with what turned out to be 24 hr flue.
He really wanted to go and promised he would help when we really needed it. Anya was game to try to handle my boat at sea at night alone as long as I found a place close to sleep in case she needed me. I didn't want anyone sleeping down below where Yanek was, so I decided we would go ahead and go.
Little did I know I had just found a great sailing partner, and a good friend in Anya.
